tašmajdan unseen

This is my third set of images, captured this weekend in Tašmajdan Park.

Perhaps not the most conventional views. There are plenty of those I feel?

These images capture a side of belgradestreets that will one day disappear.

It may not be the most attractive, yet the street art tells its own visceral, powerful, moving story.

Thank you for visiting belgradestreets.

  1. Like the name of this post. Those photos really shown a part which all of us usually choose not to see. 🙂
And a small correction. It may be a typo, but if not, you should know that name of the park is TašmajdAn and not TašmajdEn. It bears the name of Turkish origin, where word “taš” means stone and “majdan” meaning mine. 🙂

  2. What a great selection of photos. As always, I love the muted tones and I love graffiti too. The broken window in the last photo looks like a soaring bird to me.
