Weekly Photo Challenge: Thankful

turn back or die

Graffiti is common on belgradestreets.

I don’t know what the artist had in mind on this occasion.

The words made me pause for thought.

A post dedicated to all those across the world who refuse to “turn back or die” and instead face the consequences.

To all those for whom “turn back or die” is not a warning, but a challenge, a time to stand.

An opportunity to make a difference.

Never turn back.

As Khalil Gibran wrote “March on. Do not tarry. To go forward is to move toward perfection. March on, and fear not the thorns, or the sharp stones on life’s path.”

Make the world a better place.

Let’s be thankful that such people still exist.

Here on belgradestreets and across the globe.
